FAQ

Why should I choose KBC4LESS?

We think that the buying experience is different when the designer comes to your home with samples, and they can get a feel of what your dream kitchen should be. Seeing samples in your environment, measuring out your wall space, and taking pictures allows the designer to put together a heartfelt functional design. The hardest thing in kitchen design is to put on paper the dream kitchen that is in your mind. We ask the questions, listen, make suggestions, and hopefully can give you exactly what you deserve. Our product quality is amazing, and our prices are great. With over 25 years of happy satisfied customers, we will continue to follow our hearts, and do the right thing.

What steps should I expect when working with KBC4LESS?

Step 1 – Meeting/Measure

  • The first step is very important in that we measure out your existing area noting all windows, doors and wall sizes. We collect customer needs and wishes for their dream kitchen gathering all necessary information to put together a preliminary design. Samples are available to view in the comfort of your home with the entire family.

Step 2 – Second Meeting

  • At this time we go over a completed design and make any necessary adjustments. Final choices are made regarding door style, color and cabinet hardware. We will also complete any final paperwork and collect the project deposit.

Step 3 – Delivery & Install

  • Your cabinets will be delivered at this phase ready for install. Installation can be completed through your contractor or by the professionals at KBC4LESS.

How long will it take to install my kitchen cabinets?

This is a loaded question. Your project timeline is really dependent on what is being done. A few things you should be thinking about for your home…

(Because this list can be a bit overwhelming for some people, one might consider hiring a licensed contractor who would oversee your project and also co-ordinate timing of the many trades involved. Additionally a contractor is educated and has the experience to make sure the job is being done correctly, and follows local building codes.)

Is there a current kitchen to be removed. Are you moving or changing walls, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, HVAC (air-conditioning ductwork)? New flooring… Adding lighting… Repainting… ?

Once we receive all of your products, they are delivered to your home, and installed. Depending on the size of your project installation can take 2-3 days, or as long as a week for custom large kitchens.

What types of payments do you take?

We accept all payment types including paypal.

Do you have samples I can look at?

We have over 40 different door styles in various colors (light, medium, dark) that we bring to your home for the preliminary meeting. Your home has its own ambient lighting, and wall & trim colors that can not be duplicated in a showroom. It really makes a difference when you see the samples in your environment
